By adding Pokepacks to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the bot.

The game

• Pokepacks is free. Packs, cards, pack points and everything else in the game are virtual items that exist only inside the bot. They have no monetary value and can't be bought, sold or exchanged for real money or anything else of value.
• Collections belong to the server they were made in and don't move between servers.
• We may change the game (odds, rewards, sets and features), and may reset or remove game data, for example to fix a bug or undo cheating.

Fair play

Don't abuse bugs, automate commands, use several accounts to farm packs or trades, or use the bot to harass anyone. Server admins can reset players in their server, and we may stop anyone, or any server, from using the bot if they break these terms or Discord's rules.

Server admins

Admins who add Pokepacks are responsible for how it's used in their server, including the settings they choose and any admin actions (giving or removing packs and cards, or resetting players).

You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Pokémon content

Pokepacks is an unofficial fan project. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures or Game Freak. Pokémon, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, card names and artwork, and set logos are trademarks and copyright of their respective owners. If you own rights in any content shown by the bot and want it removed, contact us and we'll take it down.

No guarantees

The bot is provided "as is", without warranties. It may be unavailable, change, or be shut down at any time, and game data may be lost. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the bot means you accept the updated terms.
